Don’t miss our first event of the season dedicated to supporting you in your first role as a recruiting manager or on an interview panel.
An interview is daunting at the best of times – as much for a first-time interviewer as for the interviewee. YAF is bringing together a panel of experienced fundraising leaders, HR professionals and management trainers to support and prepare our members for their first role as a recruiting manager, or as a member of an interview panel. The speakers will present some of the practical skills and strategies for becoming an interviewer, as well as legislation and best-practice that will better-prepare delegates to step up as leaders in their organisations.
Have a look at our fantastic panel for this event below, and don’t forget to book your free place.
