Our speed mentoring event is back for a double bill on Tuesday 8 March 2022 from 09.00 to 10.00 (AM) and 12.20 – 1.30 (PM).
We’ll be celebrating International Women’s Day and the myriad of ways in which women have shaped the fundraising sector with this wonderful networking opportunity.
Mentors in different areas of expertise in arts fundraising will offer their advice and guidance in 1-2-1 sessions, each lasting 15-minutes. Through this event, our aim is to bring early-career and senior fundraisers together to make connections for developing long-term mentoring relationships lasting beyond this event… so have your (virtual) business cards handy!
Places will be limited to two sessions per person and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so please book your slots in advance.
Mentors will include:
Mia Gulati, Development Manager – Woolwich works
Abbi Roberts, Development Director – Mercury Theatre Colchester
Elisha Owen, Head of Corporate Partnerships & Events – Young Vic Theatre
Katy Raines, Founder and CEO – Indigo
Sonja Lahiff , Assistant Head of Grants and Trusts – English Heritage
Anna Lyttle, Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations) – The Unicorn Theatre
Chloe Brand, Head of Corporate Sponsorship – The National Gallery
Deborah Myers, Director of Development – Science Museum Group
Speed Mentoring is part of our annual mentoring programme. In partnership with RAISE: Arts, Culture and Heritage programme (CIoF group), we run an annual free mentoring scheme, where we match early career fundraisers with senior or director level development professionals from a wide range of cultural organisations across England.
