Want to join YAF?

Could you be our next Director of Events & Operations?

We are looking for a Director of Events & Operations to join the YAF’s events team starting in September 2022.

Each season Young Arts Fundraisers runs a dynamic programme of events, both in-person and digitally, ranging from panel discussions with sector leaders, to intimate professional development events and roundtable discussions. With a strong membership base and usual attendance between 40-80 participants per event, these events are the primary method of building our membership base and our reputation.

This position will contribute to YAF’s leadership for the next two years. We’re looking for enthusiastic, emerging leaders with a strong collaborative work ethic and the management skills to transform the landscape of voluntary professional development in arts fundraising. By joining YAF’s team of Directors, you will take part in a leadership programme with the aim of training the next generation of arts and cultural sector leaders and the ambition to make the cultural sector and organisations sustainable long-term.
